Rebecca Yingst Price

Ms. Price is a general legal practitioner who is affiliated with the law firm Gallup & Burns in Cleveland, Ohio. 

 

Ms. Price received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 1999 from the University of Rochester in Political Science and Spanish.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Price spent a year in Santiago, Chile teaching English and developing her Spanish language skills.  She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2003.  During law school, Ms. Price was a law clerk at Zashin & Rich Co., L.P.A. where she focused on domestic relations matters.

 

After law school, Ms. Price served as a judicial staff attorney on the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Peggy Foley Jones and the Honorable John J. Russo. She was responsible for managing the judges’ civil case docket which entailed conducting pretrials, status conferences, mediating cases, researching legal issues, and drafting journal entries, court memoranda and opinions.

 

After her service with the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Ms. Price served as an attorney advisor for The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Medicare Hearings & Appeals, where she provided the administrative law Judges with authoritative legal advice and substantive assistance on complex Medicare appeals cases.

 

Ms. Price is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association and the Ohio Bar Association.

 

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Price is the girls varsity lacrosse coach at Beaumont School in Cleveland Heights.
